Our Services
Fire Risk Assessments
The latest Fire Regulations make you, the employer, responsible for fire safety within your business. Even if a fire certificate covers your workplace, a fire risk assessment has to be carried out, and records kept if you employ five or more people.
Premium Fire Risk Assessments
This service takes fire risk assessment to the next level. Using the standard report as it’s basis, this assessment explores and explains risks in greater detail and incorporates ad at-a-glance risk summary page to enable our customers to prioritise their actions effectively.

All this can be supported and enhanced with floor-by-floor CAD drawings and digital photography of the significant risk factors (optional, at extra cost).
Fire Risk Assessment Coaching Course
This course is aimed at individuals who hold responsibilities for managing organisational fire safety and undertaking fire risk assessment activities at work. Whilst no previous qualifications are required, it is recommended that delegates have a basic level of knowledge in fire and Health & Safety.

As the course is designed to be undertaken in the client’s premises, the delegates are instructed and trained not only in theory, but also in practical application to their building, with the second part putting into practise the learnings from the first part.

Course Content Includes:

Understanding human behaviour in the event of a fire alarm/fire situation
Assessing fire risks
Spotting and reporting fire hazards
Taking appropriate action in the event of a fire
Taking the leading role in fire drills
Ensuring safe evacuation of staff in the event of a fire
Creating an effective fire evacuation plan
Fire Safety Audit
FRAW provides the total fire risk assessment solution. With a national network of consultants, we are able to offer a comprehensive and consistent risk management service.
Where appropriate, we will look to work with employers and employees alike to minimise the risks and ensure staff know what to do in the event of a fire.

Saint Davids Fire’s Engineers Qualifications probably exceed many within the field. This experience and level of qualification is invaluable when making recommendations that concur with those of the enforcing Fire Brigade and current legislation.

Once a building’s fire risk assessment is complete, the customer will be provided with an easy to understand, personally tailored report. This will form the basis of an employer’s on-going fire safety procedures and demonstrate compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the on-going advice and technical support from our fire risk assessment team.

The Fire Risk Assessment is always fully documented.
Fire Safety Equipment
We also offer a comprehensive range of fire safety equipment and apparatus that ensure your staff and business have the necessary precautions and protection in place to give you the best chance, in the event of a fire.
Fire Safety Audit
A fire risk assessment is a dynamic document, which should reflect the workplace as it stands today.

FRAW offer a fire safety audit which will review and existing FRAW assessment and comment on changes which have taken place since the last assessment – and identify any new contraventions. We strongly advise that this audit takes place, at least, on an annual basis.
